Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery

We ship to Singapore from Malaysia via standard international courier. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Duties & Taxes

Orders to Singapore are shipped internationally from Malaysia. Any Singapore GST, customs, or import charges that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@slabaura.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Slab Aura™ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
