Return & Refund Policy

At SlabAura™, all our auras are custom-made extended art pieces designed for graded card slabs. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

However, we want you to be happy with your order. If there is a defect or issue with your aura upon arrival, we offer an exchange for the same or equivalent item. To be eligible for an exchange:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@slabaura.com
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• Proof of purchase and photo evidence of the defect is required

Exchanges are not available for change-of-mind purchases. Each aura is made to order, so please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
